Feedback and Complaints

We welcome your feedback on all aspects of our services and encourage you to share your views with us by phone, email or in writing. We will occasionally ask you to complete short surveys to help us understand what we do well and how we can improve. If you, your relatives, or carers want to make a complaint please contact us using the contact details on this leaflet. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within one working day and provide a full response within 14 days.
